The CFs offer services to rural entrepreneurs and communities ranging from strategic economic planning, technical and advisory services to businesses, loans to small- and medium-sized businesses (of up to $150,000), and self-employment assistance programs. This is a national program delivered by the Regional Development Agencies (RDAs) in their respective region.
